Well I guess I should write a little about myself.....I am a chef...and at the moment I'm undergoing more training... I hope to be finished with that soon...and next year I'm heading off overseas...to the UK where I hope to get a great job..and maybe one day I will be famous..lol. I have a lot of other interests..some of these include reading...I really like books set in medievil times,with lots of magic...my all time favourite author is J.R.R Tolkien...so that should give u a good idea as to what kind of books i like. I also like writing poetry and short stories...@ one time in my life I thought writing would be my career but alas..I choose a different path..I really enjoy cooking and I'm always on the look out for new reciepes to try out so if you know of any that i would enjoy trying let me know.. or any great sites... that would be great. I also like outdoor adventures...when u spend hours in the kitchen it is always great to head outside for some fresh air that doesn't have the smell of food...lol. I play soccer for a local team..we haven't won a game all season...but never mind...at least we all have a good time..I've also taken up Ken ashi Do...for those of u who have never heard of it..it is a martial art...I do all these things so I don't get FAT....8o)
